Marx and Bernard Mediation offers an online mediation option. this is cost effective and time effective alternative, but it does require client to take a far more active role in the settling of their Family Law dispute.

Amy will guide you through the process, the cost includes an hour of mediation, done online by Amy after completion of the course material and information sheets. Should the client’s require further time to mediate the cost will be an hourly fee as indicated below. All legal drafting will be completed as part of the package.

Amy will endeavour to find you an Attorney in your area, to serve the documents and appear in Court on your behalf. The cost of the Attorney will be separate, and this cost will be given to you on an invoice from the firm in your area.
